Adulting with ADHD Program – Terms & Conditions
(Navigating Adult ADHD Limited – New Zealand)
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of the Adulting with ADHD Program (called the “Program”).
By joining the Program, you accept these Terms.
“We”, “us”, and “our” means Navigating Adult ADHD Limited.
“You” and “your” means the person purchasing the Program.
1. What You’re Buying
The Program gives you access to coaching, courses, videos, templates, workbooks, community calls, and other resources listed on our website at the time you join.
You get:
• Access to all included courses
• Monthly group coaching calls
• Program-only workshops & classes
• Program-only community spaces
• Any newly added Program content (unless otherwise noted)
Your access begins once your payment is received.
We may update or improve Program content at any time. If we make a change that affects you significantly, we’ll let you know — but we won’t reduce the overall value.
2. Program Term, Payments & Access
The Adulting with ADHD Program is purchased with a one-off payment in NZD (including GST).
This payment gives you access to the Program and all included materials until 31 December 2026.
There are no automatic renewals or ongoing subscription payments.
Access Period
Your access begins once your payment is received.
You will continue to have full access to the Program until 31 December 2026, unless access is suspended or removed under these Terms.
Refunds
Because the Program provides immediate access to digital content, no refunds are provided once purchase is completed, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.
3. Availability, Attendance & Access
• Your Program is for your personal use only.
• You can’t share your login or give someone else access.
• Please keep your password safe.
• You must tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Group coaching sessions are recorded unless otherwise stated.
• If we need to reschedule a live call or session, we’ll tell you as soon as possible.
4. What We Guarantee
Under New Zealand law (Consumer Guarantees Act & Fair Trading Act), we guarantee that we will:
• use reasonable care & skill
• provide services that are fit for purpose
• deliver what we’ve advertised
• use qualified & experienced professionals
• provide materials that are legally ours to share
If you believe we haven’t met these guarantees, please email us and we’ll work with you to put things right. Remedies may include re-delivering content, providing a credit, or a refund where required by law.
5. What We Don’t Guarantee
Coaching and courses give you tools — what you do with them is up to you.
We are not financial advisers, lawyers, medical professionals, psychologists, or crisis-support practitioners.
Nothing in the Program is a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
We cannot guarantee:
• specific results
• a particular outcome
• changes in your personal circumstances
Results vary based on many factors, including personal effort and external circumstances.
6. Your Responsibilities
To get the best experience from the Program, you agree to:
• provide accurate information
• use the materials for personal use only
• participate in a respectful way
• seek professional help where appropriate
• take responsibility for your own decisions & actions
You also accept the risks that come with using online platforms, such as Zoom, Kajabi, or email. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we can’t guarantee absolute security.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
Our Responsibilities
We will keep your personal information confidential and will only share it with:
• our team
• contractors helping us deliver the Program
• where required by law
• with your consent
We comply with the Privacy Act 2020.
Your Responsibilities
Anything you choose to share in group coaching calls, community spaces, or online forums is at your own risk. These spaces are attended by other program participants who may know people you know.
We do not tolerate harmful behaviour, including:
• abuse or harassment
• discrimination
• defamatory comments
• antagonistic or unsafe behaviour
We may remove a participant from the Program or online spaces if behaviour breaches these expectations. No refund will be given in this situation.
8. Our Intellectual Property
All Program materials (including videos, workbooks, slides, tools, templates, graphics, and resources) belong to Navigating Adult ADHD Ltd.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials.
You must not:
• copy
• share
• distribute
• publish
• resell
• record
• teach
• or create your own course or program based on our materials
If in doubt, please ask.
9. Suspension or Cancellation by Us
We may suspend or cancel your Program access immediately if:
• you breach these Terms and don’t fix the issue within 7 days of notice
• you behave in a harmful or unsafe way in group spaces
• an event outside our control prevents us from delivering services for 30+ days
If your access is cancelled due to a breach, no refund will be issued.
10. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law:
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of income, savings, business, or opportunities).
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid for the Program in the current term.
• These limits do not apply to breaches of confidentiality or privacy, or to intentional misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
11. Disputes
If a dispute arises:
We will try to resolve it with you informally first.
If we can’t resolve it within 15 days, either of us may request mediation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any unresolved disputes must be dealt with in the NZ courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
If we make a significant change, we will notify you.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
Any purchase made after updated Terms are posted will be subject to the new Terms.
